I’m so glad I found Sharlotte as my realtor when I was buying my place. She really knows what she’s doing, works fast and asks the right questions to make sure you find a great place, and as someone new to real estate she helped me through each part of the process. One example - we found some moisture on inspection that indicated a roof leak. After they sealed it up, she insisted on doing a leak test - and sure enough it was still leaking.
